Detecto 442 "Legal for Trade" Certifier Scale

Detecto's 442 Certifier special purpose eye-level beam scale is "Legal for Trade." Many sporting events, such as wrestling as well as weight loss and fitness programs, require a scale which can be certified by weights and measures officials. The 442 Certifier fills this need.

This scale is designed and manufactured to maintain accuracy necessary to meet the requirements of Handbook No. 44, issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. These requirements are the same as must be followed by all scales used for commmerce. NTEP 91-162.
