The NCWM has issued an updated NTEP regulation, which becomes effective on January 1, 2020. This will affect \u201cdirect sales\u201d applications. This will affect customers in “direct sales” applications such as cannabis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to handbook 44, you cannot sell a Class I or a Class II balance for a direct sale application after January 1, 2020 that doesn’t have “d” equal to “e”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any balance currently in the marketplace with \u201cd\u201d not equal to \u201ce\u201d used in a direct sale to the public application must be replaced by January 1, 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
