This will alert the operator when the barrel is close to empty. Two scales could be set up to switch from the empty barrel to the full barrel alerting the operator while giving more time to change the barrel out.<\/p>\n

This removes a daunting task from the operator, gives them confidence and security, frees up their time to do other things, and adds consistency to continuous machine operation. Using the scale to help maintain a record of its use could help identify low\/high consumption possibly pinpointing process issues.<\/p>\n
