Machined from aerospace-grade aluminum with shock-mounted electronics in a NEMA 4X/IP65 weatherproof enclosure, Intercomp’s Tension Link scales are built to last in capacities ranging from 500lbs (250kgs) to 300 tons.

Standard features include an easy-to-read 1.2” (30mm) LCD Display with backlight and fully integrated wireless communication, while alkaline batteries provide up to 300 hours of power Advanced Solution for Cranes, Riggers, Shipyards, Construction Sites, Surveyors, Inspectors & Utilities. INTERCOMP TL8500 TENSION LINK

The electronics are shock-mounted in a NEMA 4X/IP65 weatherproof enclosure for protection against moisture, dust and rough usage. Weights are easily viewed with a Wireless Handheld Controller, standard with the TL8000™ Tension Link Scales, or on a large, digital LCD readout on the TL8500™. The easy to use membrane switches provide simple, trouble-free operation.

RFX™ Wireless TL™ Handheld Remote Control

Intercomp’s TL-RFX™ Indicator is a wireless remote display for viewing and controlling TL8000™ and TL8500™ Series Tension Link Scales from up to 300’ (90m), line of site. It offers three display modes, depending on your operational requirements and allows simultaneous viewing of data from up to four links, including total weight. The large, 5-digit, 3.3" (84mm) graphic display (measured diagonally) is standard with backlight from improved visibility from most viewing angles. Also features output to RFX™ Enabled
Wireless Printers.
