The ZM-223 comes standard with multiple configurable smart applications that allow for easy integration and meet customization needs depending on installation requirements. Efficiently transfer data using secure cloud connections, view or control the indicator using any networked PC, or pair with the Avery Weigh-Tronix Remote Assist Mobile Application to control and monitor the indicator using a mobile device. The factory is already phasing out the ZM301, ZM303, and ZQ375 desktop versions. With the successful introduction of the ZM223, we all expect this model 223 will act as the replacement as well as grow in popularity in the market.
Large, color-changing backlit display
The ZM223 comes with a 7-digit, 1.5″ (35mm) HTN LCD display with color-changing backlight options (green, yellow, orange, red) providing excellent indoor and outdoor readability with enhanced viewing angles. When check weighing, the user will be fully supported as the backlight colors give clearer and faster visual prompts, allowing the operator to carry out tasks more efficiently. Under/Over barographs are also used to give visual references back to the operator to indicate when a weight is getting close to an accept window or target point.
Unparalleled Personalization
With a library of preloaded applications – including general weighing, check weighing, batching, grading, inventory control, truck scale in/out, and more, the ZM 223 is ready to be easily integrated, right out of the box. The indicator connects to a wide variety of platforms, supporting both analog and digital scale inputs, and offers powerful features like peak hold and fill-and-discharge modes.
Its large, easy-to-read color-changing backlight display (green, red, yellow, orange) and wide-viewing angles, ensure instant visual status recognition in all types of environments, ensuring safety and precision during each use. Customize print formatting to create the exact information needed for an application. Connect to the Remote Assist Mobile Application and control personalization directly from a mobile device.
Cloud Based Data Collection
The ZM223 can now easily connect directly to any cloud data base server using secure HTTPS or MQTT connections, making it ideal when data needs to be safely controlled centrally from a specific cloud server. It is fully Lua programmable, providing a flexible platform to control and monitor processes from anywhere.
Remote Assist Mobile App
The ZM223 comes standard with a built-in Bluetooth® communication port which integrates seamlessly with the Avery Weigh-Tronix Remote Assist™ Mobile App, enabling remote control of the indicator. Remote Assist™ allows the operator to easily monitor details and control the indicator all from a distance. An operator can enter additional data into the mobile app that standard indicators cannot handle. This is ideal when printing customer names and addresses, invoice numbers, batch numbers, and other valuable data that may be required on the print ticket or label.
