Rice Lake 920i USB Programmable Controller

The 920i with USB shares the same hardware as the legendary 920i, but replaces the PS/2 interface port with a USB interface. Connector types include Standard Type A for hosting, connecting keyboards, printers and memory devices, and Standard Type B for connecting as a device to PCs.

Our 920i USB model available from Central Carolina Scale offers the same features and benefits of our standard 920i, with the addition of integrated USB for more seamless communication with external devices. Deliver more features, more programmability, and more power for your process. The 920i combines performance-driven circuitry, simplified architecture, and customized display features to take your system further. Choose from our universal, panel mount, or wall-mount style.

Up to ten different screens can be programmed to change with any given process, while graphic icons and messages show setpoint and function status. The multi-channel display feature shows the weight on an individual scale or a combination of totalized scales. When used in batching/mixing applications, one 920i is capable of handling multiple scale, flow temperature and pulse. It can control hundreds of I/O setpoints, queuing such things as gates and conveyors. The 920i's complete database capability stores your important data and files. Dual Kiosk Truck In/Out Single Scale PN 156959:
System consists of a bidirectional single platform truck scale, an inbound truck kiosk, and an outbound truck kiosk. Inbound (if 2 outbound kiosks are used) and outbound tickets with transaction storage of each weighment.

Grain Program with Shrink Calculator PN 156886:
This custom application for the 920i supports weighing trucks of grain. Up to 200-grain types, associated divisors and accumulator can be stored. Up to 500 accounts and 1000 trucks can be stored.

Truck In/Out with Products/Customers/Trucks and Reports PN 77297:
This program supports truck in/out weighing program for manual truck transactions using Rice Lake Weighing Systems’ 920i digital weight indicator. Stored IDs let you keep a database of truck IDs, customer, product, project information, and weigh-in weights in the indicator’s memory. Parameters are accessed by simply scrolling through the Supervisor main menu using the down arrow on the 920i. The 920i can automatically store up to 100 truck ID’s and
tare weights, 950 customers, 1000 products, and 1000 projects.

Short Axle Weighing Porgram PN SZ99998:
920i custom program will interface to a short axle scale and will direct each axle across the scale using traffic lights.

Truck In/Out with Report PN SZ99999:
920i program allows trucks to weigh in and out (saves inbound weight after weighing out and has value swapping) and stores the transaction after each weigh out with Truck ID, Gross, Tare, Net. Transactions may be printed or cleared at any time through the Setup Menu. An HID scanner is available as a peripheral piece of hardware.
