Cambridge manufactures this heavy duty industrial platform scale that is ideal for weighing things like coils of metal. Several sizes and capacities are NTEP legal for trade. The coil cradle that you see in the pictures bolted on top of the weighing platform is an option that is available and recommended for weighing large rolls.
